In which nothing really happens.
I may have given up on the brown theme. I love it, but I really need three columns and I couldn’t make those cute fucking tabs work in Internet Exploder.
This plaintxtBlog theme, however? Love it! It supports Widgets, which I hadn’t played with before but am now deeply in love with. (Widgets let me drag and drop sidebar content, rather than coding it all by hand like I used to. Widgets are very, very hot.)
Tomorrow is Mother’s Day and I have not finished knitting her slippers. She’s been my mom long enough, though, that she probably doesn’t expect anything until June anyway.
Stop it! You’re making me suffer from Blog Envy!
*giggle* -m
ooh- I love the idea of a dev blog, btw…
I know, right? -m
I really like this one, anyway. Simple, direct and uncluttered. I finally fooled around and got the new template working over at my blog. We have the same color scheme. (Approximately)
Happy wishes for a great weekend!
Your new theme is wonderful, good job! -m
it’s mother’s day? oh…ick. 😛 the plain text blog is actually quite similar to this except it has 2 columns not three. it’s ok.
If I wanted to read a blog that looks like this one does now? I’d read a newspaper.
THis is nice !
So when you gonna come see me??? Not like my place is far from your office!!!
Jim, go read a damned newspaper then.
I like the new look.
i’m kind of *meh* about the new look. I preferred the brown (why won’t that work? why? *sniff*) …
i don’t like having to click to read the entire entry, but that’s just my laziness. it will take getting used to. the important thing is that *you* like it! screw everyone else’s opinions.
*smooch*
I never noticed, but -yes- you do need three columns. You have insane sidebar content.
Give me a couple days to marinate with the new layout. I think it has potential.
Hand coding is always the best. You know this as thoroughly as I do.
At least the brown fits nicely in your sidebars (and their a:hover counterparts). A fine way of balancing the two, I think.
I heart this template.
