In which there are eggs.

I woke up here in the new year, grabbed my phone, and searched ‘egg & chips.’ (Leftover fries in the fridge, you see.)

Found this recipe from The Irish Times and had all the ingredients on hand! Got up and cooked.

So, here’s eggs & chips with a green sauce and a pot of tea!

That green sauce is super easy and quite good.

The teapot is new-to-me; my aunt Kathy sent it late last year.
