    Hi Mush,

I got an email today from the hosting company about music in your /downloads/music folder. Can you please get rid of the copywritten material that’s in there asap? Thanks!!

You need to educate your old auntie on how to send just regular emails to you. Particularly forwards. Dave and Reva send cute things regularly but I don’t know how to send to you. And I receive other things I would like to send to; I send them on to everyone else.

    HI PEGI! -m

I checked out your blog via ICK (I’m winterknits). You seem like such a totally fabulous person! I love the pictures of your place in Batavia! My husband hunts in that area a lot at a friend’s farm–Hubert Parker? I am guessing since you are vegetarian hunting is not something you want to hear about–sorry! I was a vegie for many, many years until I met my husband and he ruined me! Hope to blog with you more on ICK! Great to “meet” you!

I think you should be able to share your blinkies too, but here is the kicker. Handmade mouse drawn blinkies are usually sold to people, they are copyrighted. Not only can someone sue you for monetary gain, but they can also have your site shut down for graphic theft. If someone says you cannot have something, and they made it themselves, they can sue you for taking it, and sharing it. You may want to check with your server, as it is considered graphic theft, and alot of servers are cracking down on it. Just letting you know.

Most blinkies are not hand-drawn. The maker gets some public image and resizes it; I don’t have any blinkies that I know to be copyrighted. If someone asks me to remove one of my ‘adopted’ blinkies, I certainly do! -m

Just wanted to let you know…

I made your Portabella Capellini late last week, and it was fabulous!

The only minor change I made was adding diced prosciutto ham. (I don’t know if you might find that offensive, but it certainly was delicious.)

    Thanks for the recipe!

I’m not offended. I’m so glad you used the recipe! -m

Hi Mush. I am having problems logging in over at ICK. It’s been a while, but it won’t recognize my password, and won’t send me a new password because it doesn’t seem to recognize my email address. I’m sure it is my fault as I am bordering on computer illiterate.
Sorry I had to contact you like this, but I couldn’t find your email address. Any help, at your convenience, would be much appreciated.

    Chk yr email. -m

Hi, thanks for the comment earlier today. My brother found a great host (so he says) and things will be up and running soon. I do have a friend who just started a t-shirt co. and she may be looking for a web designer. Okay of I tell her about you?

    Certainly! -m

I only have one reason for having two blogs. Blogger is making me angry lately, I’m going to post at both services for a couple of weeks and then decide which one I can live without. I think Blogger just has so much activity of late, that it’s starting to bog down.

Ah. Blogger can be troublesome. -m

Justin is in the hills of Arkansas, because that’s where he is from. I shit thee not. It gets better: He comes from a musical family and they can all play the banjo. I’ve never been with him to visit, but my image is of his family sitting around on the front porch, barefoot, all strumming the banjo and having a regular hootanany.

Banjo, actually, is a really hard instrument to play well. You know who is a great banjo player? Steve Martin. Are you on IM? You should IM me! -m
